Bierol - Mountain Pale Ale. Double Pale Ale, 7.5%
Colour is dark gold. Aroma is mandarin, apricot and lychee. Taste is similar, apricot, lychee, mandarina and sweet malts. Well balanced between hops and malts. Oily mouth-feel with medium carbonation. A customer favourite!!
Bierol - P.A.D.A.W.A.N, Pale Ale, 5.5%
Colour is cloudy light orange/yellow. Aroma is passion-fruit and mango hops. Taste is mango, pine, citrus, passion-fruit and light malts. Beer is very bitter and has dry finish. Carbonation is medium and mouth-feel is smooth. A Staff favourite!
Pale Ales go well with our Margharita, Misho, Pomodori Secchi, Tribaun, Siciliana and Tonno e Cipolle Pizzas.

Gusswerk - Papagena, Bio Cider, 4.5%.
Colour is clear light gold. Aroma is apples, and some tartness. Taste is the same. Apples, some sweetness and a tart aftertaste. Very easy drinking, heavily carbonated, classic cider.
Gusswerk - Horny Betty, Herb Beer, 9.2%
Colour is cloudy amber/ruby. Aroma is sweet malts, heavy stone fruit and herbs. Taste is sweet, plumbs, raisins, residual sugars and St Johannis herbs. Nice balance of sweet and bitter, while staying on the sweet side of life. Very interesting beer!
Cider goes well with any of our Pizza and the Horny Betty pairs well with our Gigante and Vegetariana.

La Chouffe - Belgian Golden Ale, Golden Ale, 8%
Colour is pale gold and hazy. Aroma is malts, citrus and floral hops. Taste is light sweetness, floral hops, spice and a slight hoppy bitterness. Overall very well balanced, not too over powering. Mouth-feel is full and malty with medium carbonation.
This beer pairs well with our Salami, Salami Piccante, Prosciutto, Diavola and Capricciosa.

Stone Brewing Berlin - Arrogant Bastard Ale, American Strong Ale, 7.4%
Colour is dark amber/ruby. Aroma is wood, caramel. pine and spice. taste is rather hoppy. Nice balance of caramel malts, and herb/pine finish. Very full mouth-feel with hidden alcohol. Great full flavour beer!
This hoppy Ale pairs well with our Salami, Salami Piccante and Siciliana con Prosciutto.
