New school Farmhouse

Beautifull example of a modern farmhouse in the "colli berici" where natural wines and spontaneus fermented beers are created. Besides producing around 20.000 bottles of wine, the 3 brothers produce some highly interesting mixed fermentations beers such as their farmhouse saisons ( fermented with the belgian saison yest strain and their brett houseculture). Quite some grape infused lambics and of course pure in the form of geuze. Beautifull approach. Some of this all will be available at Tribaun by the end of september
