Brew your own beer

Recently we started the project of brewing our own beer. But who is “we” and where do we “brew”. We are the people who stand behind the taps and not only pour the beer, but also explain it. After pouring and serving many beers, you create an understanding for flavour and what our customers want. With our friends from bierol we started a project of brewing single batches of beer we like and think our customers want. It´s an interesting project, that has alot of potential.
